In this week's show, Josh Meeks takes us to a couple of crawfish farms in Southwest Louisiana to shows us the struggles farmers facing. Neil Melancon takes us to Bayou Sarah Farms, where they are raising water buffalo. Karl Wiggers traveled down to the Red Stick Farmers Market to check out what's in season now, and what's on the way. And Kristen Oaks-White takes us out to Four Oaks Crawfish Farm in Morganza, Louisiana to show us a recipe that can help scratch that itch even with fewer crawfish.
